Devi Ahilya Vishawavidayala has released a notification regarding Common Entrance Test for the UG & PG admissions for academic session 2017-18. The entrance exam is going to be conducted on 28th June 2017 at various centers of Madhya Pradesh. The DAVV CET 2017 Admit Card will be available for the applicants from 16th June 2017. The applicants who have successfully registered on or before the last date can download their admit card from the web portal of DAVV. DAVV Entrance Exam Notification

DAVV CET Entrance Exam Centres

DAVV CET Entrance Exam Pattern 2017
The test will be conducted in online mode. The question paper will consist of objective type questions, having a choice of a, b, c, d and e the candidates must select the right one. There will be an award of 3 marks for each correct response and 1mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
Group A & B:
The examination will be conducted for a total of 75 questions. There will be 5 sections and each section will contain 15 questions. The sections have been mentioned below.
- Quantitative Ability
- Data Interpretation
- Logical Reasoning and General Intelligence
- English Language Comprehension
- General Awareness and Awareness of Socio-economic environment
The test for group c will have a total of 75 questions. Out of 75 questions, 15 questions will be from English and 20 questions each from Physics, Mathematics/Biology, and Chemistry. The choice of candidate will be as follows:
B. Pharm.: English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology
MBA (HA): English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology
MCA, M. Tech.: English, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry
LLB: It consists of a total of 75 questions. Covering all compulsory subjects of law prescribed by BCI (Bar Council of India) for the Undergraduate Programmes.
M.Sc.(Life Science / Industrial Microbiology): It consists of a total of 75 questions based on the contents in B.Sc. with Biological Sciences.
M.Sc.(Biochemistry): It consists of a total of 75 questions based on the contents being taught at graduation level (B.Sc.) in Biological Sciences.
M.Sc.(Electronics/ Electronics & Communication): It consists of a total of 75 questions. Covering the subjects Physics/Mathematics/Electronics at Undergraduate level.
