The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has issued official notification seeking applications from the aspiring candidates of the country for various posts. IBPS is getting ready to conduct recruitment exam to fill in various banking posts across the country. Candidates will be shortlisted for the jobs based on their merit shown in the written exam. Candidates need to give their best in the exam in order to get shortlisted for the job. Candidates before applying for the IBPS RRB recruitment 2017 need to go through the notification released by the authority and get aware of the eligibility criteria. IBPS conducts the exam in two phases – Preliminary and Mains. Candidates qualified in prelims exam will be promoted to take mains exam. The prelims exam covers topics like Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and English language. The exam shall be held for 100 marks. On qualifying the Mains exam, candidates need to appear for another written test round and an interview. As per the reports, IBPS is going to issue the notification for the recruitment of 14,192 posts of RRB Officers Scale I, II, III posts and Office Assistant posts for 52 regional rural banks all over the country.

IBPS RRB Notification 2017 Officer Grade,Office Assistants
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has published a notification inviting applications for various RRB posts. The official notification is said to be released on July 28. The exam will be conducted for various banking posts. Candidates can download the official notification from the official website of the authority i.e., ibps.in. Candidates need to get ready to download the notification and go through it to find out the criteria required t apply for the recruitment happening this year. Candidates need to register through online mode via the official website of IBPS. The application fee needs to be paid through online mode itself. The posts that are going to be available are Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and Officer Scale I.
The exact date of exam is yet to be known. For now, we have come up with tentative dates for our readers. The tentative dates for Preliminary Exams for Officer Scale I are expected to be held on 9th, 10th and 16th September 2017 and 17, 23 and 24 September 2017 for Officer Assistant post.
After the prelims exam, the merit list will be released by IBPS. Candidates can get to know their merit and find out if they are qualified or not for the mains exam. The tentative dates for mains examination are 5th November 2017 for Officers Scale I and 12th November 2017 for Office Assistant post. There are around 8298 vacancies in Assistant and 5124 for Officer Grade-I posts. Interested candidates are advised to go through the notification and find out the details like educational qualification, age limit, pay scale, application fee, important dates etc.

IBPS RRB CWE-VI Recruitment 2017
IBPS like every year this year also is going to recruit candidates for various posts. It is going to conduct Common Written Exam in two phases i.e., Preliminary and Mains. It will follow the same exam pattern that it has followed last year. The applications need to be submitted starting from 24th July 2017 to 14th August 2017. The applications won’t be accepted by IBPS after the last date. Candidates who have applied for Officers Grade I exam need to go through interview process which will be held in the month of December 2017. There will be no interview process for Officer Assistant posts. The exam will be held in online mode for both prelims and mains exam. Applicants of IBPS RRB CWE-VI office assistant (multipurpose) post 2017 should have graduate degree from any recognized university or its equivalent qualification along with basic computer knowledge.
Applicants of officer scale I post should have graduate degree from recognized university or its equivalent and Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRBs along with Computer knowledge. The age limit of officer scale I post is between 18 years to 30 years. The age limit for office assistant (Multipurpose) post is between 18 years and 29 years. Candidates need to pay the application fee through online mode only. The application is not the same for all the candidates. For SC/ST/PWD candidates, the application fee is Rs. 100/- and it is Rs. 600/- for general candidates.
Eligibility Criteria for IBPS RRB CWE VI 2017
Applicants of IBPS RRB Office Assistants (Multipurpose) post should hold a Graduate degree from a recognised University or its equivalent and Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRBs along with good knowledge of Computer. Applicants of Officer Scale-I post should hold a Graduate degree from a recognized University or its equivalent. The main preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy and Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRBs along with knowledge of Computer. Candidates are advised to download the qualification from the official website of the authority.
The age limit of Office Scale I Assistant Manager post is 18 years minimum and 30 years maximum. The age limit of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) post is 18 years minimum and 28 years maximum.
The application fee is not the same for all the categories. Candidates need to submit their application fee through online mode. The application fee for SC/ST/PWD candidates is Rs. 100/- and the application fee for general category candidates is Rs. 600/-.

IBPS RRB Exam Pattern
The exam pattern is different for prelims and mains exam. IBPS RRB Assistant Prelims exam pattern consist of 80 questions in 2 sections. The exam will be held for 45 minutes. The exam will be objective type. The topics covered include reasoning and numerical ability for OA post and reasoning and Quantitative aptitude for Office Scale- I post. The mains exam will be held for 200 marks. Each section consists of 40 questions each. The sections include reasoning, numerical ability, general awareness, English language, Hindi language, and computer knowledge. The exam will be held for duration of 120 minutes. Candidates shortlisted in the mains exam will be asked to appear for the interview process by the bank. As the exam is nearby, candidates are advised to pay more attention towards their preparation as there will be huge competition for the vacancies available.
